Referral Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Referral Program offered by Seyer Management LLC ("Company"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Referral Program

Eligible clients may earn a 10% referral credit when they refer a new client who signs up for recurring commercial cleaning services with the Company. The referred client will receive $30 off their first invoice.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the referral program:

  • The referred customer must be a new client and not have previously received services or submitted an active proposal with the Company.

  • The referred customer must sign up for recurring commercial cleaning services.

  • The referred customer must activate their account and complete payment of their first invoice.

  • The referrer must be an active client in good standing at the time the referral credit is issued.

Referral Credits

  • The referrer will receive a 10% referral credit after the referred client's account has been activated and the first payment has been successfully received.

  • The referred client will receive $30 off their first invoice.

  • Referral credits will be applied to a future invoice and cannot be applied retroactively.

  • Only one referral discount may be used per month.

  • Referral credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be redeemed for cash, refunds, or account credits beyond future service invoices.

  • Referral discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, coupons, or special pricing programs.

Existing Clients with Multiple Locations

Current clients may qualify for a 5% discount when adding recurring commercial cleaning services at an additional business location.

To qualify:

  • The additional location must be a separate business location not currently serviced by the Company.

  • The new location must enroll in recurring commercial cleaning services.

  • The discount applies only as approved by the Company and may be subject to minimum service requirements.

General Conditions

  • The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all referrals and participants.

  • The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

  • Any suspected abuse, fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms may result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of referral credits.

  • All decisions regarding eligibility and credit issuance are final.
